Calling into Curacao

You can call into Curacao from the States. The phone number at the QTH is 864-2903. From the U.S., you would enter 011 599 9 864 2903. I use Sprint, and calls to Curacao are about $0.55 per minute. Rates with other carriers can be as high as $3 per minute. Talk fast.

Calling Out of Curacao

The best alternative for calling out is to purchase phone cards (below) on the island. They are available almost everywhere, including in convenience stores, grocery stores, and at many restaurant cash registers. This is turning out to be the simplest and cheapest way to call out. It's about $0.21/minute to call the U.S. with one of these cards.

I have had no luck with Sprint or MCI, and little luck with credit card billing. The best (and possibly only) way to dial out is with an AT&T card. You dial 001 800 872 2881 and then the U.S. number you're calling (do not use a "1" in front of the number) followed by your AT&T card number.
