Suggested Outline for Semester Project

1.      Introduction

3.      What did the person accomplish that makes him a leader, i.e. Jordan won 6 championships

4.      What leadership traits did this person possess?  Show examples of these traits.

5.      Leadership lesson learned from this example

6.      Conclusion

You can also use a work-related experience.  Background on your company in addition to background on the leader can be presented.  Also you could describe a situation at work where correct or incorrect leadership is being used.  An expansion on the negative results of this improper leadership could be made.
